This machine is widely applicable for automatic middle-pack aggregation or full single-box wrapping of various boxed products in industries such as pharmaceuticals, food, health supplements, cosmetics, daily necessities, stationery, and playing cards. Products packaged by this machine achieve the “Three Protections and Three Enhancements” functions: anti-counterfeiting, moisture-proof, dust-proof; while enhancing product grade, adding product value, and improving product exterior decoration quality.
The machine adopts imported PLC control and an integrated electromechanical system. It is reliable, easy to use, and can work in coordination with cartoning machines, case packers, and other equipment. It is a domestically advanced three-dimensional packaging machine suitable for medium-pack aggregation or larger boxed items.

Equipment Workflow
Manually place products onto material handling fixtures → feeding → lower film wrapping → heat sealing of product long side → fold corners left, right, top, and bottom → seal left and right sides → seal top and bottom → conveyor transport for six-side heat sealing → heat sealing of left and right sides for forming → completion
